If your cookies arrive damaged, please let us know and we’ll send you a replacement. We do ask that you photograph the damaged box and contents and e-mail it to us. It will help us determine the cause and remedy it for the future.
If your cookies are not what you expected and you want a refund, then please ship the package back to us (Michael’s Cookie Jar, 5330 Weslayan Street, Houston, TX 77005). We will issue a refund of the gift box when we receive it. We cannot refund cookie orders if more than 10% of it was consumed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping charges.
When placing your order, please check the shipping address carefully. We ship to the address exactly as it’s written on your order. We do not refund orders due to incorrect addresses.
